Arriving after 17:00?

If you know you’ll arrive after reception hours, just let us know in advance.
We’ll make sure everything is ready for a smooth arrival 😊

Once confirmed, we’ll send you:

• A personal access code to enter the building
• Simple instructions for using the self check-in kiosk
  
  

How late check-in works (step by step)

1. Before you arrive
   Let us know that you’ll be arriving after 17:00.
2. Enter the building
   Use the access code we send you to enter via the keypad.

Tip: We will send you the access code via e-mail and/or WhatsApp message. You will receive our Wi-Fi password via email, which you can use to log on to our Wi-Fi network in front of the building and access your emails.

1. Head to the self check-in kiosk
   You’ll find it just at the reception, on the first floor of the building.
2. Find your reservation
   You can access your booking in two easy ways:

• Enter your surname, or
• Scan the QR code from your confirmation email

1. Complete payment (if needed)
   Any remaining balance can be paid directly at the kiosk using the payment terminal.
2. Get your keycard & bed details

• Create your own keycard at the kiosk
• Your room and bed number will appear on the screen

A quick reminder

• Reception closes at 17:00
• Late check-in is available after 17:00 with prior notice
• Please enter quietly, as other guests may already be resting
