Amsterdam Hostel Cosmos terms & conditions

• Prices do not include the 5% city tax.
• We do not accept group bookings of 6 people or more.
• Please note that we accept cash only for payment on arrival.
• All nights of accommodation must be paid for on arrival or no later than 21:00 hrs. the day before.
• Our hostel is also the permanent residence of Simba, the house cat. Any guest who may be allergic to cats should be mindful of this before booking their stay with us here at Amsterdam Hostel Cosmos.
• The Cosmos Hotel request that all customers confirm their booking one day in advance of arrival.
  If you are more than one hour late with out advising the hostel it will be presummed that you are not arriving.
• Please note that you must cancel with at least 72 hours notice.
  In case of a No-show, your credit card is charged for the 1st night of your stay, the rest of that booking will be canceled.
• To preserve and maintain our laid-back & smooth atmosphere we do not allow: Persons under 18 years of age or above 35, pets, any bookings of stag nights, hen nights or sport tours, soccer fans for (inter)national matches and large groups (not more than 5 persons). Read the above carefully because in the event of a false booking, there will be no check in nor will there be a refund.
• We make every effort to accommodate you in the dormitory size of your choice. However, because of the nature of our business, we may have to place you in a different sized dormitory. As a result the balance to be paid upon arrival can be slightly different than what is stated on your confirmation.
• After making the reservation you will receive an e-mail with your booking details and confirmation number. Make sure you bring this confirmation with you to the hostel . Otherwise reservation confusion will be at your own responsibility.
  If you do not receive this confirmation from us you do not have a booking!

Note: The Cosmos Management & Staff reserve the right to refuse accommodation to anyone.
Please note that there is a minimum 2 night stay at the weekend, Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
